When I say balancing my blood sugar changed my life, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve got 99 problems, but fixing my blood sugar solved like 88 of them. Funny, right? Well, I’m serious.
Growing up with a family history of diabetes, I found myself struggling with extreme blood sugar roller coasters and carb intolerance at a young age. Despite following conventional dietary guidelines, my health only declined. By the time I finished university—during which I wasn’t exactly prioritising my health—I realised I had pre-diabetes.
