Empowerment
My goal is to arm you with the tools and knowledge to take charge of your own health, not keep you dependent on me.

Evidence
I take an evidence-based approach, but I’m not ruled by research alone—real-life results matter.

Nuance
Health is rarely black and white. I reject rigid rules and all-or-nothing thinking — because your body deserves more than that.
Nuance

Clarity
Evidence-based, straight-talking, and grounded in what actually works — I give you clarity, not confusion.

Personalisation
I meet you where you are with a pragmatic approach — your health is too important for generic answers.

Inclusivity
I'm committed to building a practice where women of all backgrounds, including women of colour, feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported in their healing.
Inclusivity
my story
I’m here to help you navigate the noise, uncover the root causes of your health struggles, and empower you to take control of your well-being—because you deserve to feel like yourself again.
Hi, I’m Hind. I’m a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath, and Functional Testing Practitioner. I’m also a Health Coach and Somatic Practitioner. But at my core? I’m a problem solver and educator—someone who empowers women to take back control of their health.
The journey that brought me here began 10+ years ago, when I hit rock bottom.
I had been battling chronic IBS, SIBO, H Pylori, gastritis, anaemia and pre-diabetes for years—conditions that had no clear cause, forcing me to “learn to live with it” while relying on long-term medications. Doctors couldn't offer any answers and I was struggling to live a ‘normal’ life. After graduating from university, I hit a wall from trying to self-manage my conditions while under constant social and academic pressures.
“I dug deep into research and clinical studies, spending hours reading and experimenting, and eventually, I was able to heal myself.”
That’s when I turned to the internet, seeking alternative ways to manage my conditions. I was inspired by success stories, but I also felt overwhelmed by the contradictory information out there. I dug deep into research and clinical studies, spending hours reading and experimenting, and eventually, I was able to heal myself.
“Then, 5 years later, I developed adrenal fatigue and fell into burnout from using quick fixes and one-size-fits-all solutions.”
Shocked and encouraged by the power of nutrition and lifestyle interventions, my journey developed into a growing pursuit to feel my best, physically and mentally.
Then, 5 years later, I developed adrenal fatigue and fell into burnout from using quick fixes and one-size-fits-all solutions, following black-and-white advice, and ignoring my emotional needs.
I embarked on another journey and that’s when I discovered the true root of my chronic conditions—a dysregulated nervous system. This experience taught me that healing isn’t just about diet or supplements; it’s a holistic process.
After realising that mainstream medicine wasn’t offering real solutions, I felt a deep calling to help others reclaim their health. My own healing journey showed me just how much is possible—despite being told my conditions were incurable. I found myself reading medical journals in my spare time, fascinated by the science behind why certain approaches worked while others didn’t. The decision to leave my corporate career as a researcher and consultant wasn’t made lightly, but I knew I wanted to use my skills to empower others.
“The decision to leave my corporate career as a researcher and consultant wasn’t made lightly, but I knew I wanted to use my skills to empower others.”
I trained as a Health Coach (Primal Health Institute) and a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (CNM), where I graduated top of my class after 3 years of rigorous training, including 200 hours of clinical practice. Wanting to take my approach even deeper, I pursued functional medicine (completing IFM’s AFMCP course and starting the full certification programme) and immersed myself in somatic healing—because true healing requires more than just nutrition and supplements. My background in research and consulting helped me cut through misinformation, critically analyse data, and problem-solve with nuance. Before retraining, I spent 10 years as a researcher and evaluator — and that rigour never left me. It's why I read the primary literature, not just the headlines, and why I won't recommend something I can't explain mechanistically.
Now, I bring all these disciplines together in a way that’s both evidence-based and deeply human, helping women get real results without the fluff.
I believe that feeling good is a universal right, and I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where women of all backgrounds, including women of colour, feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing journey. As someone with a mixed background, I’ve often felt excluded or misunderstood, whether by mainstream or alternative health practitioners. The wellness world can feel exclusive and very white, and I want to change that.
